When you submit an enquiry form on Facebook, Instagram or our website, we collect:

To respond to the enquiry you made. Specifically, to contact you about the property you enquired about, answer your questions, share pricing and floor plans, and arrange a site visit if you want one.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry.
We may call you within a minute of your enquiry, and that call may be handled by an automated AI voice assistant.
The assistant identifies itself at the start of the call. You can ask to speak to a person at any time and we will arrange it. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes; if you do not wish to be recorded, tell us and we will stop.
By submitting an enquiry form you consent to being contacted by phone, SMS and WhatsApp about that enquiry, including where your number is registered on the DND/NDNC list. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, telling us on a call, or emailing us.
We handle your enquiry ourselves. Your details are not passed to the developer as a matter of course, and we do not hand your information to third-party agents or brokers.
If you choose to visit the site or proceed with a booking, we share only what is necessary for the developer to register your visit or process your booking — your name and contact details, at that point. For enquiries relating to ATS Grandstand, that developer is ATS HomeKraft (HomeKraft Infra Pvt Ltd).
